Fully agree. Everyone who ignores the orders should be fined to the max. If they caused a fire then they pay the costs.

they do this quite frequently and until now it has not been seen as strategic, seasonal extortion of residents.
((Most of the electricity in WA has incredibly high profits due to all the dams))

The community (at least comment section) seems to see it as extortion of the vulnerable and disregard for safety.
