We know for a fact the #Bush Admin were warned repeatedly by both the CIA and FBI from their first days in office up until the day Before that Al Qaeda was planning a "spectacular" attack
The main cast of the Bush Administration was staffed primarily by members of the "Project for a New American Century" think tank, who lamented in a 1999 white paper that only a "Pearl Harbor" like event would allow them to achieve their foreign policy goals of regime change in Iraq and other ME countries.
So when they heard that Bin Laden was planning an imminent attack, they just decided to just *let it happen* and took zero action. The CIA handed Bush plans in July iirc to pre-emptively bomb Bin Laden, but Rumsfeld of all people objected that the risk of civilian casualties was too high. The CIA even recommended issuing an air travel warning days before the attack, but Bush admin didn't want to 'start a panic.'
It's really that simple. No need for planned demolition or steel beams or the rest ( in fact all that Alex Jones shit just muddies the water ) Condi Rice later went on a massive campaign of denial that the Bush admin had any forwarning but these are all disproven by the records.
so Bush did 9-11 by means of calculated inaction
