To ensure that AI is used in the best way possible, it should be treated as a tool to enhance our natural human creativity and problem-solving capabilities, rather than a replacement for them.

This way, we can make sure that #AI is used to its full potential for #BusinessAnalysis, while still allowing the #BusinessAnalyst to remain in control.

And those "document format" and "secure storage" responses? Perfect starter points for non-functional requirements, and a reminder to me to talk to the right stakeholders about what the specific requirements at this organisation might be.

#AI cannot replace a good #BusinessAnalyst. But it can give us a starting point, even in domains that are new to us. We just need to apply our brains to the top of this starting point, and talk to our stakeholders like we normally do anyway 🤝

If a business analyst is not from a technical background in the project, their requirements gathering is rarely precise enough for a developer.

And if that is not precise, the development team won’t be able to choose the most fitting development approach, select the right tools, or develop the functionalities well enough to excel in the competition.

So someone from the development team should be included in outlining and finalizing projects' requirements and specifications as early as possible.

If someone says, "but these people are only skilled with programming languages and frameworks, etc.," ask them, "what do they do with those programming languages and frameworks?"

Teach/inform them about developers -- inform them that "these people develop all these features dozens of times in their mind when they see it somewhere, even though they may never have to build it in a project".

It doesn't matter how beautifully other profiles are presented at the top for discovery, requirements gathering etc. -- Developers can't be beaten with defining technical business requirements precisely as needed.

Getting back to #YamaNoSusume it looks like Hinata’s mother is in IT, probably in a fairly senior development role & ***not*** having a good time of it. At least that’s how I interpreted many of her comments.
But that may be projection on my part as a #BusinessAnalyst, several of her complaints sounded very familiar.

❌就算是只做一点点编辑也得走一整趟Publish data source + Publish workbook的流程，which大概要花10min，而且如果万一遇上发布过程中它卡了又得重来。
❌它的编程语言也不如SQL直观方便
❌Layout Design的时候也不如Count/Miro Board直观方便
❌不能多人同时协作
就，整体上BA生产工具的水平还是远低于我的预期。
