@eliotedits @edibuddies I also use Toggl, and it's become second nature for me to track all my editing, admin, and CPD work on it. I'm even tracking my social media time as I write this toot as 'networking' because I am a data fiend.🙃

When I first started using it, I entered very few details about project and client names, but I've become more relaxed about that over the years.

@Editrix_Rachel How did you know, lol? Yes, I have one monitor dedicated to my income & expenses spreadsheet (the same one that's part of #TheEditorsAffairs, customized for myself). The others are usually the document I'm editing, a style sheet, and a browser window.

My desk is pretty big, but the tradeoff is that my office is a corner of the living room and I don't have a door I can close.
