Tengo una opinión algo diferente sobre lo que es el 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲.

Podríamos traducirlo al español como "Inteligencia empresarial"

RAE 1: Capacidad de entender o comprender.
RAE 2: Capacidad de resolver problemas.

Si juntamos ambas acepciones, nos sale algo bastante potente y que podemos aplicar al ámbito empresarial:

Inteligencia empresarial es la capacidad que tenemos de comprender todo lo que sucede alrededor de nuestro negocio, para luego utilizar eficientemente los recursos de los que disponemos y poder resolver cualquier tipo de problema empresarial.

Por lo tanto...

• Crear gráficos chulos sin un propósito claro.
• Algo exclusivo para grandes empresas.
• Almacenar millones de datos.
• Añadir complejidad.

• Investigar, planificar, probar y medir. Repetir.
• Tomar decisiones con datos en la mano.
