I sometimes lie and say and busy ..
I was busy , just not in the way you’d think ..
My mind was busy .. my head was full in way most people won’t understand
I was busy taking deeper breaths ..
Thinking irrational thoughts .
I was calming my racing heart .
Telling myself I’m okay
This is my busy
