Decided I wanted to crack the nut that is the Buffalo Wild Wings Thai Curry Sauce.

First attempt used #Maesri #PadPrikKhing #Curry paste in the 4oz can fried in a pan with 2T of garlic ginger paste. Coupled with a 14oz can of coconut milk, this was really close.

There is something thats there but isn't intense enough that makes the depth of flavor in BWW.

Something that i can taste but it needs more of. Whatever it is, likely makes the dark brown coloring.
