How I Made This Ribbon Needle Book

I enjoyed putting this handy needle book together, which I made out of a lovely piece of ribbon I had in my collection. (📷 1)

I cut a matching felt piece of felt, to sew on the backside of the ribbon (folding the ends of the ribbon in first), and blind-stitched it to the back of the ribbon, being careful not to stitch through to the front. (📷 2)

Each year, more than 260 #million #returns are filed, and the IRS serves every #American household; in comparison, #JPMorgan serves about half that but annually spends 28 more on modernizing
