The #exercise journey continues! My #running training has had to take a bit of a detour to something lower impact because it flared up an old knee injury from college.
Rather than run it into oblivion, I made a doctor appointment and moved to #cycling until I can get it looked at.
What matters is I still feel that fire to keep moving!! And that's a huge victory for me.
Grateful for the support of my husband. (who just ran a half marathon!)

I do music stuff on and off. I sometimes do stage tech stuff for the glitz, the glamour, the backache and tinnitus. I like retro computing, gigs, beer, comedy. Travel and languages are an aspiration rather than a reality. I occasionally run. Been in IT infrastructure for over 20 years. Almost getting good at it now.

Noh tein sitten vahingossa sen viimeisen harjoituksen, tadaa đ¤ Matka oli vasta 4km mutta pitää ottaa vähän tasaisempi maasto niin voi mennäkin tuossa ajassa se 5km tavoite.

Hello all! A successful training run, two 8 minute intervals with a 5 minute walk in between. I had thought I wouldnât be able to do it! TBH I think I only managed it because I did it on the treadmill where I can keep it to the suggested âlight jogâ. Outside where itâs hilly itâs difficult to keep a steady pace. But Iâm pleased nonetheless #running #c25k
