Yes, its an introduction, not entirely new, decided to take a few months away from various social media for a little break and now for my return.

So anyhoos, in a nutshell:

I recently turned 50 and finding various parts of my body have decided to fall apart.

I work in health care and have done for quite a long time now.

I'm the autistic father to my autistic son who will soon be 7.

I have a life long love of #StarWars and most #SciFi

I enjoy #craftbeer #beer

Love a good #doughnut have a terrible #Caffiene addiction to which I have currently weaned myself down to 4 cups of coffee a day and now live in a state of perpetual tiredness.

Theres probably more I could put here but meh, it'll just be a load of waffle but there you go.

#Hubby & I have an agreement: we each get 1 addiction. He chose #caffiene & I chose #nicotine (no hate, please, I'm down to less than 1% nicotine in my ejuice).

So #today I had a cup of #coffee & a cup of #tea . I am #HighAF on it

Having a lot of body #anxiety this week. I don't see any obvious triggers, so that means I probably need to quit #caffiene again, just when I thought my body was tolerating it. Hope your Monday is treating you better.

I'm trying an experiment: Yesterday I took my #adderall after being out for a few days, and drank a cup of black tea as usual. But I used a cup instead of an insulated mug, and drank it about 75% faster bc of that. And all day I felt amazing. So today I have that same cup and I'm going to see if I feel great or it was a fluke from being off the meds for a few days. #adhd #audhd #caffiene
