Morning commuters be advised, the Tule Fog is back in the East Bay. Observations in Livermore, Byron and Concord have visibilities below a mile & down to less than a 1/4 mile.

A Dense Fog Advisory has been issued for the North Bay Valleys and the East Bay Valleys, valid through 10 AM. Santa Rosa, Napa and Byron have already reported visibilities of a quarter mile or less.

Fog is over the ocean as well as in the Salinas Valley. Airport obs have already dropped below 1/2 mile visibility. A Dense Fog Advisory has been issued through 9 AM for Salinas Valley, S. Monterey Bay and the Big Sur Coast.
