The #brand is NOT dead.
Mega platforms like #Amazon: almost identical products made by a host of manufacturers & rated by consumers to hopefully reduce the risk of non-brands.
But associations w/brands goes beyond ⭐️ star ratings. Well-developed brands build trust. Poorly developed brands-no matter how much exposure they might scrape to get & no matter how many 5-star ratings they can drum up-don’t create that multidimensional #trust. And trust is how a company survives.
