Octopuses are very smart. They also escape from captivity. What I personally find very good, because species-appropriate is only freedom!
Who likes to eat calamari should be clear that you have destroyed a creature that was at least as smart as you.

Tochter liebt die Shrimps.

Ah okay - never posted finished giant #calamari dish. Stuffed with sourdough, garlic, onion, fresh oregano, lemon zest, anchovy, ev olive oil. Slow roasted in tomato and a very rich chicken stock under cartouche. Tender as. Rich as.
