Watching Jeff Nippard's "#Training Fundamentals" not because I need it (ha!), but just because the science is kind of interesting and I love his methodical approach. Anyone else do #calesthenics?

Last one I'm showing today on is planche. That one is plateauing a bit, but I hope to see some improvement soon.
I'm also making nice progress towards one arm chinups, but that will have to wait for another day.
I've been really enjoying calesthenics ever since lockdown. Here's a recent pb for handstand - 11 seconds. That was about a month ago. My typical daily best is usually more like 8 seconds.
