I'm from L.A., and if you're a California native, two things you learn very young:
1. There is ALWAYS a #drought
2. No matter how much rain there is, it's never enough to fix it.
Whenever we do get heavy rain, someone is sure to say: Yeah, but it won't fix the drought! Still, this year is unprecedented. It SNOWED in L.A. It snowed at the Hollywood Sign! That does not happen. Ever. We had an actual #blizzard! So will THIS do the trick? 😂
