@taupehat Good point. Although some people may go back to be with their co-workers again, or because they loved their jobs. But my guess is not very many.

My question is, under California law, if a company reverses layoffs and someone doesn't want to return, does that mean they're now classified as a "quit" rather than a displaced worker?
