Yesterday was my first time trying non-alcoholic spirit alternatives. I was never a cocktail drinker, and it has been over a year since I've had any booze, but I know what a watered down cocktail tastes like, and siblings, that was it.

I do like some of the NA beers, and a few of the wines have grown on me. I'll stick to the THC, though.

For real! I'm coming up on 6 years #CaliSober soon. At least for me, alcohol is poison with no redeeming qualities.

Went to a wedding in rural Georgia last night. No physical fights, but drunk couple had a HUGE argument. The guys that came back inside smelling a little extra herbal were chilling and dancing.

We were testing out an old electric blanket to see if it still works. Kuiper has the answer.

There are some damn fine N/A beverages to be had. Back when I did drink, I was quite a beer snob. I'm hella pleased at how excellent breweries like Athletic Brewing Co and Sober Carpenter are gaining ground. I used to get weird looks and prying questions when I would say I don't drink at social functions. "But *why* don't you drink?" As if this needs socially-acceptable justification.
