Take the survey, then annotate the map with problem areas. Caltrans doesn't know the streets like you do!
For example, I see no comments about 680 crossings (or lack thereof) through #Milpitas, only two comments for #Alameda, one vote for Page Mill Rd @ 280 in #PaloAlto

I'm back in the newspaper business! Sort of. I'm designing the Calistoga Tribune's monthly tourist insert, Mud City Times, so named for their hot springs & numerous spas. #Calistoga will open its cooling center inside its Community Center at 1307 Washington St. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (07/14-07/16). The facility will open at noon and close at 9 p.m., or at 8 p.m. if fewer than eight people are present at that hour.

Napa Morning
I love driving up into the Napa Valley in the late fall and early spring in the early morning. The weather is cooler and the roads are less crowded. On top of that the sun is lower in the sky and seems to create excellent lighting of the vineyards.
