Man darf halt nicht vergessen dass die noch in Testphase sind. Ich sehe auch null Grund dahin zu wechseln finde es aber gut wenn die dann in Public sind und #activitypub unterstützt wird. Dann ist das Teil des #fediverse und welchen Dienst die Menschen als Zugang, #calkey #friendika #pleroma #mastodon Idee was auch immer nutzen ist mir komplett schnuppe.

So ganz ausgereift ist #Calkey / #Firefish im Moment ja noch nicht, ein Testsetup mittels Docker ist nicht möglich 🤷

In ogni caso #calkey già fork di #misskey ha cambiato nome, e non solo quello, ora si chiama #firefish e per chiunque lo volesse provare è già presente in foxyhole istanza del #fediverso

@mho @heiseonline ihr vergleicht ja auch nur #Mastodon. Es gibt aber auch noch z. B. #Pleroma oder #Calkey, ich lese eure Mastodon-Posts aber auch über #Friendica. Ihr dürft das #Fediverse nicht auf #Mastodon reduzieren, das ist ein falsches Bild des #Fediverse.

Hello Y'all! As someone who's giving #Calkey a try and who's very enthusiastic about it. Would anyone be able to tell me if there's a way to let #antennaes gather posts dating before its creation? Like the search engine? Honestly, that silly thing is probably the last thing preventing me from migrating!

As I'm looking to do a lot of my browsing based on my interests rather than the people I follow! 🙃

The platform has a moderation problem. A severe one.

I've done an experiment - exported my follows into my #calkey account, to see what I think. I'm enjoying #calkey, although I don't foresee making it my main #fediverse home - #mastodon seems for now to be that.
