When you wnat to make a procuration for someone else to pick up your post, you first want to change the language: the confirmation dialog is in the language you want to change because you don't understand it. Then you want to upload pictures of your ID: but you cannot name the file using "special characters" such as -. Then you want to pay: but you cannot pay from an IP outside Belgium or they will tell you that your bank refused payment. #CallMeStupid
