Haven't shared my meditation stats here yet. I've been meditating for a couple years now. It helps me center myself. I highly recommend the Calm app. Headspace was also good, but for me, Calm's daily meditations were key. Now, there are two daily leaders: Tamara Legit, and Jeff Warren. Both master leaders.
