I don't live near the sea any more, but love visiting when I can. It's cold, wet and raining, but here there is a shelter where I can stay dry and drink my coffee. This is a calm place for me.

Considering all the varied upheaval of late, I printed out an old fav this morning and taped it above my monitor. Thought maybe others would enjoy, also. Berry is a favorite author and this place (my childhood home on the north shores of Lake Huron) remains one of the most peaceful in the world.
