Did a census today of my pohutukawa tray to distract myself from the dying rose cuttings.
I counted 48 germinations that seen to be alive plus a few that have already died.

So call it 50ish from 100 seeds. That's really very good. The first year I got 0. Last year I got about 15 from 200 seeds. This year I've gotten about 50 from 100. I think being in the warm window, head pad and keeping things damp really makes the difference #NZGardening #CanadaGardening #Gardening
