Is it just me or are the #Canada wild fires sort of be ignored by media like they have a shitload of out of control fires over there and they grow more out of control each day I think we even have a #NewZealand contingent of our firefighters over there helping, is it on purpose not be reported maybe a #canadain can explain?

Today in 1868, Alexander Roberts Dunn died. He was the first Canadian to command a British Army regiment and the first Canadian to be awarded the Victoria Cross.
He earned the medal in 1857 for his actions at the Battle of Balaclava in 1854.
