Is this some form of self-deprecating humour for ironical hipsters? They should defund themselves and dismantle the architecture of oppression they ironically adorn. The cop gangs, sheriff maffias, oxymononic "first" Responder klansmen (The -spond problem they are re- to was created by the Lodge FIRST for them to solve. They are always categorically secondary to the -spond.) are all unregistered hate groups.
