In #Science (@sciencemagazine) this week, the Hanahan lab shows that the #RNA-binding protein #FMRP enables #tumors to evade being attacked by #CD8TCells. It does so by both suppressing #CCL17 & promoting #Tregs via #IL33 & #M2 #macrophages via #PROS1 & #ExtracellularVesicles!

Hi, I am an immunologist working at the Institut Curie #institutcurie in #Paris, #France. I am a Parker Bridge Fellow at the Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy #parkerici. I was previously a PostDoc in the #Wherrylab at UPenn. I study #Tcells and #CARTcells in solid tumors, in particular in #glioblastoma. My interests are in #immunology, #singlecell, #computational, #exhaustion, #ancillary studies, #cancerimmunology, and many other things. Looking forward to interacting with all of you!
