Good lord that made a lot and took forever. A 9x13 pan of these #brownies takes 55 minutes to bake. Used up the whole load of #Cannabutter doing so. These are going to be some amazing treats!

I haven't made #cannabutter in years, mainly because I use #tincture in one form or another in my daily routine.
This makes about 4 cups of sugar per batch, which lasts me about six months. I keep my sugar in a #mypharmjar or 2 oz. Chubby Gorillas containers work well if kept in the freezer. I haven't had any loss of #thc from being in a freezer. My only problem may be that I don't let all of the alcohol evaporate long enough, and I have to back later and reblend big chunks.

A lifelong baker and long-time wake-and-baker, I've got the space in my life now to start to master #Edible making. Yesterday I made some #CannaButter and some #Cannabis infused coconut oil.

These coconut cupcakes are just out of the oven and I'm itching to try one but I sampled a fair bit of batter while preparing them so... I think I'll wait a sec.

Betty Crocker suggests that adding extra ingredients to their brownie mix can bring intense flavors. Well, how about using up all my #cannabutter to make these brownies? Ohhh, I think I might have just cornered your intense flavor market. LOL.

My second batch of #cannabutter is complete. the brown layer at the bottom of the jar is liquid left over from the cooking. I will use a bamboo skewer to make a hole in the butter and drain it when it’s fully congealed. (A Ball jar of greenish canna butter.) #cannabis

I finished a MASSIVE #PackagingDesign project that’s been in progress for months (photos coming next week when printing is complete!), AND the family is out for the day, so I’m having a Whatever-I-Please Day for #hygge #downtime before starting the next project tomorrow. I got in some exercise by bringing in a few days’ worth of #firewood, gave the #bluejays a peanut snack, roasted some #pumpkins, decarbed some bud for #cannabutter, and I’m playing #DreamlightValley by the wood stove. ☕️🔥🎮
