Less customization also means less chances for people to f**k up things...

I mean, according to @fuchsiii #KDE has way too many customization options which results in lack of consistency across applications...

Running #Ubuntu #Mantic, on a machine that has had its Ubunbu version upgraded so many times I couldn't possibly tell you what it was running first, #GIMP is crashing.
I can't report the crash properly to #Canonical because GIMP catches segfaults rather than letting the OS handle them.
I tell Canonical about the issue (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gimp/+bug/2031907) but there's no response.

Despite being "#UbuntuCertified" absolute basics like the #WWAN module didn't wotk at all on a work issued #ThinkPad #P15v.
Neither them nor #Canonical nor #Fibocom (#850GL WWAN Card) nor #Intel (#XMM7360 is the chipset of said card) felt responsible to fix it.

Not gonna talk about #nvidia being shitty again on that occasion...
