Good luck to Capita’s clients. 🫡
The Times ran the headline “Capita boss heads for exit with turnaround finished” attached to a puff piece, so I just checked on how #Capita are doing. Good that the turnaround is finished. A story in 4 pictures.

well, personal data can exist before and beyond an app, from the user PoV it looks like security only entails a password and often a code/key for 2FA, but it's a very vast world with many layer of complexity.
unfortunately sometimes just a tiny bit of stupid incompetence can drive to catastrophic results https://www.troyhunt.com/hacking-grindr-accounts-with-copy-and-paste/

So currently it looks like #Capita have managed to leak my personal data at least once and possibly twice, that they have admitted to so far.
You have to wonder why they needed a copy of all my personal data on their machines for operational reasons! I'm also left wondering if may be having 2 or 3 big contractors looking after everything is such a great idea in the current day and age.
I wonder what percentage of the UK population are affected by the #capita breach
