Ist schon echt ein Teufelszeug :blobcatdevil: Hatte mir gestern testweise eine kleine Tube zugelegt, aufgrund eines Lumbagos vor ein paar Wochen, der mir immer noch etwas zu schaffen macht.

Kurzum, ich habe sie gestern abend im unteren Wirbelsäulenbereich aufgetragen und das Ergbnis interssiert abgewartet. Längere Zeit ist gar nichts passiert, dann setzte die Wirkung ein, die ich ganz angenehm fand. :blobcatsunglasses:

Irgendwie muss ich es aber trotz Händewaschens geschafft haben, Teile der Salbe auf ein Knie zu bringen, das irgendwann nachts losbrannte und später auch noch die andere Seite. 🚒 Ich habs dann bis zum nächsten Tag durchgehalten und versucht die Stellen mit Seife abzuwaschen. Hat aber nur bedingt scheinbar geholfen, vorhin beim Fitness fing es wieder an zu brennen unter der Kniebandage und irgendwann fing dann naturlich auch noch das Auge an zu brennen :blobcatfearful:

Fazit: Werd nur noch Handschuhe benutzen 😉

I'm starting a multi-year #horticulture #project. I plan to use #Fatalli chilli plants to manually pollinate the other 4 varieties I'm growing, to create hybrids next year and beyond. Haven't really bothered cross-breeding before, but its become something I want to play with more and more.
Also plan on building a greenhouse with thermostatic heating and auto irrigation system.

"Falafel Waffle Salad", a riff of something I saw on DDD. Basically I use the linked recipe, overdoing the spices. Put the waffle on greens, add extra chopped parsley, cucumber, olives, tomatoes, the tzatziki from the recipe roughed up with extra mint and cucumber. Feta, deli hummus. For winter, dry cherry tomato "croutons." Doesn't hurt to add a #capsaicin source.
