We just started a new electric #carsharing scheme on the island of #Texel the Netherlands.

A back-of-the-envelope calculation seems to suggest that lifecycle CO2 emissions/km are only 10% of a private-owned petrol car. This is based on https://www.carbonbrief.org/factcheck-how-electric-vehicles-help-to-tackle-climate-change/
