Helsar de Zarcero, the only coffee certified carbon neutral by the government of Costa Rica. I visited their finca on December 15th 2011 & met with Señor Ricardo Perez, the owner that day. He only does one blend, one way.

This is me visiting Coope Dota in Santa Maria De Dota on the other side of Cartago.

Unlike Helsar de Zarcero coffee which is certified carbon neutral by the CR goverment, Coope Dota got their carbon neutral certification from a British company.
