And everyone I work with at a technician level hates it.
Could it feed back to the grid? Potentially. Could it cause issues for a sparky working inside the house who thinks they have killed the power? Potentially.
#Electricity is not worth the risk.

127 followers · 363 posts · Server mas.to(1/2) Top Tip Time! Source: I work with high-voltage electricity. If you are installing a car charging port at home, I need you to understand one thing:
Get it installed on your fuse board. Please DO NOT get it installed with its own fuse at the meter. If the contractor whines about this, then pick a different company.
You could *think* you have killed the power in the house, but that little fuse is still on in your meter box.
