Surprising results in this study. The article doesn't go into probable causes for the negative outcome. Maybe cost was not a big factor starting out (as the study was done in Canada, where out of pocket/co-pay costs are lower) and there were other issues like compliance etc? It would be interesting to see a similar study in the US.
