Any #yegbike friends know the state of 106St, south of 63Ave? The bookcase I want is in at IKEA. Being bike infrastructure, I assume it won’t be done until at least mid-Oct. The 8 blocks by MacEwan still aren’t finished and have been closed since 24Apr.

Munich has recently opened a cargo bike hub to help distribute goods by bike as the city has the highest density of parcel deliveries in Germany.
A specially designed cargobike can carry full pallets weighing up to 300kg to supply shops in the city center.
Despite doubts from logistics associations, the startup B4B Logistics believes bikes can replace trucks for inner-city delivery.

Damn! I've just spent more than €400 fixing up my #cargobike, then today, on my way to the dentist, it suddenly died. Battery's full, new controller, wirering and display. Just dead.
So I chained it to the local Episcopalian church, took the bus home, and am now working on getting drunk.
I can afford that, but I can't afford going to the bike shop again.
