@GordonOfSeattle when the 1st kid was a toddler, I got this trailer and mainly used it as a stroller to walk them to the grocery store and bring stuff home. Later, coupling the trailer to their bike let them pedal the whole way there and back with a boost from me jogging along behind. In Central Enschede, the Council is shifting back to home collections of rubbish (away from large interred bins).

The collectors use #cargobikes and the face to face interactions induce people to be more careful with the differentiation of rubbish.

Happy 1000 miles to my Tern GSD!

That’s 1000 miles which I didn’t drive my gas car for. I consider this a small but significant change for our family. I feel healthier, have given my kids happy memories on the back of this bike, and generally enjoyed running short-distance errands for the first time.

#drivers will yell "you're going to get your kids killed on that thing" at parents on #cargoBikes but pushing your kids in a stroller, on a crosswalk with the walk signal, is far riskier. 😞

About 40 years in the planning and now a bike ramp onto the Harbour Bridge going to happen next year. Might be a bit steep as they say #ebikes and #cargobikes will like it.
