Pro life tip: if you mess around with #carmine red #foodcoloring you'll notice it also dyes skin quite well. Scrubbing helps a bit but not much.

So my noob chem brain suggested #sodiumhypochlorite since it effectively assaults many organic dyes. Not a nice chemical but I always have it on hand and it performed a quick permanent scheduled alteration of #carminicacid, rendering it colorless 😈

(note: NaClO is a caustic chemical that should never be used for regular hand cleaning)
