I had a lot of fun researching this case, with locations all researched first hand. Wandering around museums, bookshops, village streets, and muddy paths, backed up by book, Wikipedia and YouTube research. Great to see it in print.

I've transitioned over to this instance, so I'm doing a new #Introduction post.

I'm a law professor at Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, and my research focuses on the #SecondAmendment, #firearms law & the regulation of state and private #violence. I'm particularly interested in the distributional effects of the legal regime governing violence & its tools.

I'm currently co-authoring a #2ndAm #casebook, teach a #2A class & am an affiliated scholar with #Duke Law's Center for Firearms Law.
