Dinner last night at #CatalRestaurant , and I finally had the burger! I don't think I've ever had that upstairs. The garlic fries were tasty (not for the faint of garlic), and the patty was nicely cooked a medium rare as I'd ordered. The burger itself was a little sweeter than I expected, with the caramelized onions and the candied bacon, but it was still delicious. #downtowndisneyanaheim 1/2

It wasn't listed in the description so it was a pleasant surprise to find sliced water chestnuts in the rice. They added a nice bit of crunch to the dish. #catalrestaurant #lunarnewyear #downtowndisneyanaheim #disneyland

Dinner last night was at #catalrestaurant , and I was happy to be able to try their #lunarnewyear dishes. The pork belly bao taco was really good, nice mix of textures, and lots of good flavor.

The kung pao paella was fine, but it didn't have the heat that I expected from a kung pao dish. The only chilis in the dish were the few whole ones on top, but cut up pieces were not mixed into the rice or the chicken, which I would have liked. #downtowndisneyanaheim #disneyland
