Every year we've tried (and mostly failed) to watch at least all the Academy's "Best Picture" nominees (difficult during the early COVID surges). This year we only saw half of them but hope to see more.

While we truly enjoyed "Everything, Everywhere...", the film that intrigued me was "Tár". Blanchette's performance was extraordinary. The morning after I saw it I could not stop thinking ab. its themes. Still haven't.
