The tower of Old Cathcart Pariah Church in Glasgow.
Designed by James Dempster in Modern Gothic style and built in 1831, this church replaced an earlier building constructed in 1707. Most of the church was demolished in 1931, but the west front with its distinctive tower remain standing.

Love the shape of this window in the former New Cathcart Church in Glasgow. It was designed by John Bennie Wilson and was built in 1907.

The simple, but elegant, pencil tower of Cathcart New Church in Glasgow. Designed by John Bennie Wilson and built in 1907, this is a stunning and unique little building was turned into residential housing in 2006.
