According to the online page I work from, today is the feast day of about 24 #CatholicSaints Why so many? Don't really know.

Tomorrow (Dec. 4) is the #SecondSundayofAdvent, but also the Feast of St. Barbara. She is known for being martyred by her own father, who was immediately killed by lightening. One of the Fourteen Holy Helpers, she is also patron saint of artillerymen, firemen, mathematicians, miners, armorers, architects, chemical engineers, prisoners, and (of course!) lightening.
