I think cats should be contained on your property. When I lived in NZ and had a vegetable garden I was forever finding cat poop in my garden and not owning a cat made this annoying as well as disgusting. I was surrounded by cats that roamed freely day and night throughout my the neighborhood. They also kill many native birds as well and start neighborhood fights 😂
