About the #IrishTwitter mass exodus…
I’ve been on Twitter since 2009, and it really was good craic at the start. But even before the recent purchase, people just weren’t interacting meaningfully.
And I hate saying this - cause bless ‘em they’re nice people - but #cattwitter was people almost literally crying and begging over followers, losing followers… it was a desperate numbers game, even on something as harmless and silly as cats!
The whole platform lost its sense of fun.
But this here is fun
