Llevo unos días jugando a Caves of Qud y vengo a recomendároslo con algunos consejos:

No es un videojuego para todo el mundo. Los gráficos no son a lo que se está acostumbrado por lo general, los controles se sirven de las teclas y en pocas ocasiones se exige usar el ratón. Es un roguelike, por lo que cada nueva partida es generada aleatoriamente dentro de ciertos parámetros, que son el modo historia, los eventos canónicos del mapa y los líderes de cada facción. Todo lo demás, que es bastante sin exagerar, es distinto.

Como es de esperar, cuando mueres termina la partida. Morir no es tan fácil, pero tampoco es tan difícil. Me explico: Puedes derrotar a seis enemigos en un combate por turnos sin apenas esfuerzo pero también ser asaltado por sorpresa y de dos toques te han destrozado el alma siete veces. Requiere atención.

I never got (I mean: not yet) got the hang of #nethack but I really like the simplicity of the game in principal. It is wildly complex in the details of course.

I found solace in playing #CavesOfQud in the past and now even more so with the Roleplaying option as the Game Loop isn't like #Hades only 20ish minutes but possibly many hours. And one mistake and you can start over...?

Tomorrow's #Valheim #costream is looking iffy due to the health of my costreamer. Might do #cavesofqud, might showcase the 1.19.2 #Minecraft modpack I've been tinkering with for the last bit. We'll see!
