While randomly looking at street-photos from #Mapillary, this food stall's signage caught my curiosity: "Tinapang Manok"

"Tinapa" in the #Philippines is associated with smoked fish, often galunggong (scad).

In Luzon, "Tinapang Salinas" is a reference to any smoked fish, and Rosario, #Cavite (formerly called Salinas - a Spanish term for a place where salt is made or produced)

Tinapang Manok (chicken) is rare! In fact, it's my first time to hear this.
