And so, I am continuing my efficacy of #NYPD enforcement of moving violations for #TrafficViolence investigation.
Very basic for now, but I have a scatterplot.

Going to build up these pandas arrays (add in camera enforcement, temperature, precipitation, ???) and see what falls out of a random forest.
