In my effort to reduce the time I spend wiped out after my harder #workouts, I researched post workout recovery and learned that some folks swear by #TartCherryJuice to reduce aches - and it’s backed up by research.

Turns out that the stuff is #antiInflammatory and helps arthritics.

Intro to a £15 Ledbury charity shop find. Very high action. Previous owner started sawing off the neck ... suspect he was planning a Kung Fu neck reset ...ie chop it off & bolt it back on shallower.
Then got cold feet!
When I found it it was in a sorry state. Jumbled strings, stickers and a crack in the sound board that I squeezed glue into. Bridge was loose too.
Presently FFCC all power chords with slide - sounds absolutely terrible :)))
