My position hasn't changed. I'm a book author who supports free lending libraries, including digital lending, with or without the controls built into controlled digital lending (#CDL).

I've publicly signed every petition by book authors to this effect that I've seen.

This is big. Yesterday a federal district court ruled in favor of #book #publishers and against the @internetarchive on controlled digital lending (#CDL).
