Anyone familiar with the CE5 Protocols? It's a method by Dr. Steven Greer for initiating peaceful contact with non-human intelligences through meditation. Groups have apparently had success with the method, including video evidence.

My jaw dropped when I heard this excerpt, as I had recently had contact with the same type of craft and beings after trying CE5 on my own in 2009. I’ve always loved the “new world” quip.

All ETs visiting Earth are benevolent in nature because the Creator Races do not allow any life form to become space faring and to visit other worlds if it is hostile.

The belief to the contrary is based in misunderstandings, dillusions, disinformation and a lack of awareness of the self.
